What started as a Facebook group has grown into Oklahoma's largest community of real estate professionals. Now, we're taking that community further with weekly video content designed to help you grow your business and stay ahead of market trends.

James Smith is a commercial real estate broker and entrepreneur based in Oklahoma. He started in residential before moving to commercial, where he now works industrial, retail, office, and land transactions through Bois Commercial Real Estate with eXp Commercial.
After years of watching agents lose time chasing contract deadlines, James co-founded KeyFlo — an AI transaction coordinator that reads contracts and tracks every deadline automatically, so agents can focus on clients instead of their calendar.
Closing Daily grew out of the Oklahoma real estate Facebook community James has been part of for years. With 20,000+ members and weekly conversations about the local market, the show was the natural next step: bring those conversations to video and make quality market insights available to every Oklahoma real estate professional, for free.
